Terms of Use

If you purchase a Pre-Made (adoptable) from me, I assume you have read and agree to what is written belowThings may vary depending on the purchase option the character was purchased through
Purchase options include things like a Fixed Price purchase, SB, AB purchase. Options like thatThings you must agree to if you purchase…

- You may use the character in any of your personal, non-commercial, non-profit works in any way you would like
- You may use the character commercially/for-profit in your works if the character was purchased through an option that allows for commercial use or if you have purchased a commercial use ticket for that character from the add-ons
If the character was purchased through a purchase option that does not allow for commercial use or you have not purchased a commercial use ticket, you DO NOT have the the ability to use the character commercially
If an option does not allow for commercial use, I will usually write nothing about commercial use in that option
If an option does allow for commercial use, I will always write that the character can be used commercially if purchased through that option
If you are unsure if an option allows for commercial use, feel free to ask me
- You may give the character a personality, name, etc to personalize it to the way they would like
- You may redraw the character as many times you would like
- I am allowed to post the main drawing I drew of the character on my socials (I will credit you for being the one to have purchased it)
- You may repost the drawing(s) of the character I made as long as you credit me
- If you use/post/repost any of the drawings I made for the design (such an Instagram post), please credit me for drawing those pictures with "Artwork Made By ADMLOVELY”
the only exception to this is using the drawings as a profile picture
- You may purchase a pre-made as a gift
Please tell me the email and person you would like this to go to if you do choose to purchase it as a gift
If there is a specific time you would like me to send the character please notify me of that as well. If you do not tell me a specific time I will send it immediately to that person's email
I have to know where the character is going for records
- There is a possibility that I may use the picture I drew of the character to sell prints
- I am allowed to post drawings that I draw/drew of the character
- I need to know who owns the character(s) in order to keep track of it
- All files will be sent in a .zip file which will include a .psd file version of the character to be opened in any program, .clip file to be opened in Clip Studio Paint, .png files of everything, and some .jpgs of the character
- You may not claim the character's design as your own (meaning you cannot say you were the creator of the design)
- You may not remove any signature or watermark on the picture I drew of the character (that is if there is one, it is likely there will not be one since you purchased it)
- People who have not purchased the right to use the character, or lost the ability to use a character, may not use the character in any type of work
- If I feel you are not credible enough for purchasing a pre-made, I will not let you purchase it
- All sales are final
- Character will go to the Winner of an auction or first person to claim. If they do not follow through with payment, do not reply within 24 hours, Character will go to the next highest bidder or go back up for someone else to claim
- All files in the purchase option purchased through will be sent over via an email once I receive payment
- If there is a problem with payment (such as a failed payment), it is not the fault of me (admlovely) but the fault of the credit card processing app/website/company. In which case, files will not be sent until payment error has been corrected
- If a payment error cannot be fixed through the credit card processing app/website/company it is being done, payment will be done through a different credit card app/website/company
- You may not resell the character (there can be exceptions to this depending on the situation, just ask me about it)
- You cannot profit from the drawings I drew of the characters (there can be exceptions to this depending on the situation, just ask me about it)
- You may not trade the character
- Do not share the character with anyone that did not purchase it
If you were to put the character in a comic of yours, you may not allow a friend to add the same character into their comic unless they purchased a slot for the character as well (so would only be applicable fora Multi-Purchaser Pre-Made)
- Do not share your ID number

- If I feel that any of these terms have been broken, you will no longer be allowed to use the character. I will not ask that you delete any previous works before getting the character taken away. I will then put it back up for selling
- I will notify you if this happens
If a character, for example, is in a comic and the buyer gets their pre-made taken away, they must find a way to rid the character of the story quickly. You do not have to delete the character out of the story completely (unless you want to, that’d be more work though)

Auction Tiers

• An auction tiers are for auctions that are open-ended (meaning they do not have an AB option) or for if their are perks for certain bidding amounts• Auction Tiers do not have the same things included with them that the AB options have• Tier Options:

ID Number

• ID number is like a verification and identification number for the Pre-Mades• I and the purchaser keep the ID number to keep track of the character and who owns it• The ID number comes in handy if there is something wrong (ex: if a character is being posted by a different person, I will email the character’s owner(s) to verify if it is them or not)• Sometimes for certain reasons, I will change an ID number for a character. I will email/private message the owner(s) if this happens to a character

Add-Ons

• Add-ons are things you can purchase to add to what comes with the original purchase of a Pre-Made character
They will be an additional payment that is added to the amount you are paying for a Pre-Made since these do not come with the actual SB, AB, or Claim packages/options
With some add-ons, they may also be part of a purchase packages/options. So pay attention to what is included in the purchase options• Add-ons can be purchased at any time after purchasing a Pre-Made• Purchasable Add-ons:

This sheet includes things such as the face at different angles, 4-5 expressions, outfit info, multiple poses, (optional and will cost more) animated turn around, multiple poses of character, stuff in the normal ref sheet, etc (you need to inform me about a few things of the character such as their personality)NEW Use character commercially (valid only for people who purchased through an option that does not allow for commercial use)

Slot Bundles

• A slot bundle is something that allows a purchaser to get a discount for purchase in multiple of something as compared to purchasing them as individual purchases.• Slot bundles can be used on both commissions and Multi-Purchaser Pre-Mades• You may purchase anywhere from 2 to 5 slots in a bundle• You don’t have to purchase all of the slots to purchase using a bundle discount. Let’s say there are five slots being sold and someone already bought one. If you do not want anyone else to have anymore slots or would like to snatch up the rest of them, you can purchase them all individually or with a Slot Bundle of 4 to get them all at a discounted price as compared to buying them individually. You will have bought all four remaining licenses
Slot bundle discount for two licenses: 10% off
Slot bundle discount for three licenses: 15% off
Slot bundle discount for four licenses: 20% off
Slot bundle discount for five licenses: 25% off

Just for clarification, when a slot bundle is purchased, the discount is the percent off from what would be the total cost to purchase x amount of slots individually

Pre-Made Categories and Types

• All Pre-Mades will have the types and categories listed in their acronymsFor the Pre-Made types acronyms:

The events that are considered VIP, most of the time, only VIP members will know about them when they are happening

Open pre-mades
(Opm)

• An Open Character doesn't have to be purchased to use. Just remember, there may be many other people using the character since it is open to being used by anyone whenever
• Everything that would be included in the full license of a character (what AB3 option has) would be publicly released for anyone to download and use for free
• The design is free to use commercially
• These characters don’t have any purchase options
• Add-ons don't come with an Open Character License. If you want to have add-ons to that character for yourself you will have to private message me and purchase them (Add-ons are not free even for Open Characters)

Open Pre-Mades have a free download fill that includes all of the things in AB3 that anyone can access

Multi-Purchaser Pre-Made, Fixed price Category
(MPPM,FpC)

• It will show in the title, “MPPM,FPC” meaning Multi-Purchaser Pre-Made, Fixed Price Category
Example Title: [UP] Pre-Made Character (MPPM.FPC) #000• To purchase follow the “How to Purchase” instructions for a Pre-Made• Purchase options are only a claim so each slot will have its own fixed price but all claim options for a single character will cost the same amount. A slot bundle is a little different for Fixed Price. You can purchase different kinds of slot Bundles
Claim S1, 2, 3, 4, 5: [Price]
S1: Slot one, S2: Slot two, etc• You will receive everything that would normally be in an AB2, AB3, or AB4 option (I will write what would be included in the purchase in the description)
Claim Slot Bundle: [Price] - When you do this option, write in the/a comment that you want a slot bundle of x amount of slots• Add-ons can usually be purchased for these

Multi-Purchaser Pre-Made, Auction Category
(MPPM,AC)

• To tell what Type of purchase the pre-made character will be, it will show in the title, “MPPM,AC” meaning Multi-Purchaser Pre-Made, Auction Category
Example Title: [UP] Pre-Made Character (MPPM.AC) #000• To purchase follow the “How to Purchase” instructions for a Pre-Made• Purchase options for each individual license in this category include: Starting Bid (SB), Auto-Buy (AB/AB1), Auto-Buy 2 (AB2), Auto-Buy 3 (AB3), and Auto-Buy 4 (AB4)• Everything is the same as Single Purchaser Pre-Made Character with the auctions. The only difference is that there will be an auction for each individual license and there is an additional buy option called AB4
AB4: [Price] - This is a purchase for a slot bundle of all remaining slots (2-5 slots) slot bundles cannot be auctioned. I may change this in the future, but as of now, they are not auctionable (so if someone AB4s on the auction, depending on how many slots that were purchased, the auction may still continue)• Add-ons can usually be purchased for these

Single Purchaser Pre-Made, FIXED PRICE Category
(SPPM,FPC)

• It will show in the title, “SPPM,FPC” meaning Single Purchaser Pre-Made, Fixed Price Category

Single Purchaser Pre-Made, Auction Category
(SPPM,AC)

• To tell what Type of purchase the character will be, it will show in the title, “SPPM,AC” meaning Single Purchaser Pre-Made, Auction Category
Example Title: [UP] Pre-Made Character (SPPM,AC) #000• To purchase follow the “How to Purchase” instructions for a Pre-Made• Purchase options for a pre-made character in this category include: Starting Bid (SB), Auto-Buy (AB/AB1), Auto-Buy 2 (AB2), and Auto-Buy 3 (AB3)
SB: [Price] - If you purchase through bidding (without AB option) you will receive what is shown in the image (the full pixel size of the image) in .png, .jpg, .psd, and .clip format, and anything else said to be included with the SB purchase type. You will also receive some Lovely Stickers of some sort
MI: [Price] - This is just a minimum increase amount when bidding. This will never be more than five dollars
AB/AB1: [Price] - There isn’t written both an AB and AB1 in the same place. There would only be an AB1 if there is an additional AB option to the first listed AB option. If you purchase with the AB/AB1 option you will receive what you would get with in the SB purchase. The only difference is that you will get better/more Lovely Stickers in the AB purchase as well as the ability to use the pre-made character design commercially
AB2: [Price] - You will receive everything that is in AB1 plus things such as different versions of the character (things such as removable parts or variations of character with different items). You will receive better Lovely Stickers in this AB package than the AB/AB1 package
AB3: [Price] - You will receive what is in AB2 plus a character reference sheet (a character ref sheet includes multiple sketches/drawings of the character from different angles along with 3 different heads of the character with 3 expressions of the purchaser’s choice on them) and an advanced color pallet. You will also receive better/more Lovely Stickers than what is included in the AB2 package
AB4: [Price] - You will receive what is in AB3 plus an artwork of the character drawn similar to a style of the purchaser’s choice. You will also receive better/more Lovely Stickers than what is included in the AB3 package• Add-ons can usually be added to any of these purchase options

How to Purchase a Pre-Made

• When you look at a Pre-Made being sold, you will see bolded in [brackets] [UP] meaning it has not been purchased yet, [SOLD] meaning it has been purchased and is no longer available for purchase• When a Pre-Made Character is created, in its title, it will say what category the character is: Auction or Fixed Price but through a little acronym like AC (Auction Category) and FPC (Fixed Price Category)• Please always bid under my "Bid Here" comment (you do this by replying to my comment) or to wherever it prompts you to bid. Please keep the bids in a chain (reply your bid to the highest bidder's comment). You can also navigate to the website I provide for bidding or buying a pre-made if there is one provided
I will not accept private message bids or auto-buys.
However, I will accept private message purchases if you want to purchase a fixed-price pre-made or if you would like to add add-ons to your purchase of a pre-made after you have won/claimed it.
Please keep in mind that it will be publicized that you purchased it in order for people to see that it is sold to a real person (Though I will make it set to “Anonymous Purchase” if asked, I prefer that you do not ask that)
I, personally, need to have your name for keeping a record, even though it will say anonymous purchase to the public. I still have to have your name (does not have to be your real name, an active account name works perfectly) as well as I also need your email (your email will never be shown to the public)
If you update your name or change your email, please tell me so I can keep track and update my records• Sometimes there will be exclusive Pre-Made Character sellings on specific sites (ex: a discord only Auction). This means that characters will only be sold in that place and nowhere else• Slot Bundles which allow you the abilitY to either fully purchase or majority purchase a Multi-Purchaser Pre-Made. These can be purchased by simple telling me how many you would like to purchase• Once I see that you have won/claimed, I will reply to your comment and/or then private message you that you have won/claimed. I will ask for your email and, just for clarification, what you have purchased plus any add-ons you may have wanted.• After winning, payment must be in USD, I accept PayPal ONLY as of right now• I will email you a classic invoice for what you have purchased along with a PayPal pay link• Payment must be done via the PayPal link I send you within 24 hours after I send you your invoice email (If you do not pay in this time frame, the character will be given to the second-highest bidder or set to [UP] again)• You must have money at that moment. I do dearly apologize but I do not support a payment plan
Actually, I do make an exception for this if you have bought more than 5 pre-made characters m from me (this does not include the purchase of a license bundle, that will only equal a single purchase). It is very much preferred that you do not ask for a payment plan either way• I will send you everything you purchased after I see that the payment has gone through
The things you will receive are what you purchased as well as an ID number of the Pre-Made (ONLY YOU SHOULD KNOW THE ID NUMBER)
Depending on what purchase options on a pre-made purchase you made, you may receive either a Common Lovely Sticker, a Normal Lovely Sticker, a Rare Lovely Sticker, or an Exquisite Lovely Sticker (or multiple of some of them)
With lovely stickers, some Pre-Made Characters may come with a collectible matching sticker. If the character does not come with one you can request a matching sticker for the character you just purchased for free• After purchase is finished, I will take off any personal information of the pre-made character (Information such as fixed price dollar amount (cost of character), auction choices dollar amounts (cost of character), link to legible add-ons, the comments, any links or things relating to that specific pre-made character• Now you can use the character as long and as many times as you wish.
The ability to use a pre-made never expires (unless you give up your pre-made or break the agreement)

What is a Pre-Made

• A Pre-Made is a character design that is not a Commission but is a character design that is pre-created for you (a ready to buy character design)
They are made for people to purchase so they can use them in their own works (drawings, comics, games, etc)
They are similar to adoptables (actually that’s basically exactly what they are just with a different name)• There are multiple types of Pre-Mades, a Single Purchaser Pre-Made, a Multi-Purchaser Pre-Made, and an Open Pre-Made
Single Purchaser Pre-Made - This is a Pre-Made that a can only have one purchaser (meaning once it is purchased, no one else but that purchaser can use it. Basically to creates tire of uniqueness for the design)
Multi-Purchaser Pre-Made - Means that more than one person can purchase the ability to use the Pre-Made character. Each Multi-Purchaser Pre-Made will have anywhere from 2-5 individual purchase slots (basically the design can be co-owned by multiple people). These Pre-Mades tend to be cheaper since it is not meant for a single person to purchase it (it’s value is a little lower I guess). A single person does have the ability to purchase the character for themself. There are two ways to do so, by purchasing all of the purchasable slots individually or by purchasing a Slot Bundle
Open Pre-Made - This is a Pre-Made that anyone is allowed to use. Meaning it is a free one• Each of the types of Pre-Made Characters have their own categories (not including Open Pre-Mades, they do not have any categories since they are free). Fixed Price and Auction are the categories
Fixed Price Pre-Mades - These are Pre-Mades that have a price that cannot be budded on. So it is a first come first serve type thing
Auction Pre-Mades - These are Pre-Mades that have a starting price that people can then bid up onto in order to get the Pre-Made. They are timed, so the last one to bid will get the Pre-Made• There are Add-ons that can be added to a Pre-Made Character, but they cost an additional price to the purchase of a Pre-Made• I will ALWAYS put what is included with the purchase of the Pre-Made as well as what addons are addable to the purchase in the description (meaning I'll write in the description what each purchasable option includes and what add-ons are purchasable for that Pre-Made character)

NOTE: For the first few Pre-Made Characters, they will be labeled as Adoptables with “PreMC” (meaning Pre-Made Character) next to the word adoptable or adopt

VIP Events/Contests

• VIP events and contests are for people who are part of my Patreon in the Red Flame, White Flame or Wisp tier• These events have larger prizes
People who are not VIP cannot join these events. These are events that are exclusive to the people who are in those listed above tiers• VIP events have their own schedule and don't always happen at the same time as normal events and contests• VIP events and contests will be similar to the non-vip ones

Events/Contests

• Events/contests that happen every once in a while (usually one every month)
There can be instances where there are two events/contests that are happening at the same time• Everyone can join the events and contests during the time they are going on• Events and Contests will show up here on my website, in my discord server, and in my Posts and Random Stuffs comic• Some examples of Events are:
Mysteries - In this event, you gain tokens from little contests, daily rewards, and/or by purchasing them
With the tokens, you can get mini characters which will come as a mystery package
After gaining a certain amount of the same mini character you can get their Pre-Made that matches those mini characters
**Sticker Lottery **- This will be an event where people can purchase, or get from daily rewards, little scratch sheets
With the scratch sheets, you have the ability to win any kind of Lovely Stickers. You also have the possibility of winning a lot of Lovely Stickers with a big win
**Lil Characters **- In this event, there are special Pre-Mades that are significantly cheaper than the normal Pre - Mades
They have a few different qualities but are still just as cute
This event tends to run far longer than normal events and sometimes happens (or is ongoing) during other events

Pixels! - This is a contest where people can create and submit pixel arts in order to win a prize
**Spooky **- I know the name sounds cheesy but what is a contest when you don’t have at least one of those lol
This contest is held during the month of my birthday, yes, October
You draw something with a spooky theme and submit it in order to possibly win a prize
**TIPS **- This contest is where you can submit a little tips thing that guess aiming with the theme of the contest in order for your tips to possibly win a prize

What is a Commission

• A commission is where you pay an artist (like me) create an artwork based on a client's (your) request• I have multiple types of commissions, so each commission will not be for just anything• Some of the things you may see that I have open commissions for are (commission types):
Character Designs - You can send me information of a character you would like to see drawn out
Outfit Designing - I can draw out an outfit you created and would like drawn out
2D Landscape/Scenery Design - I can draw digitally a landscape, house, time, etc you may need drawn out
3D Landscape/Scenery Design - I can 3D model a landscape, house, time, etc you may need drawn out
Custom Emoticons - Emoticons of a character or characters you may want for things like Discord and/or Twitch
Pet to Human - Turning your pet into a human (hope they would look if they were human)
Book Covers - If you are a writer and need a book cover done, I can be commissioned to create one for you
I can do other things too, I'll add them as I think of them
If there is something you do not see that you would like to see if I can do, you may contact me. Also, understand that I can also decline any commission, I'm not one to do that though since I have too much time on my hands as of right now• The commissions will have their own categories. I will have normal commissions, auction commissions, fixed price commissions, and priority commission:
Normal Commissions - You may commission me at any time while commissions are open, They also don't have a limit on how many people can ask for a commission
Priority Commissions - They cost 200% of the cost of a normal commission if you are not using a Flame, White Flame, or Wisp ticket

You will have 24 to reply to my email for you to critique the work. If you do not respond in 24 hours, I will continue with the commission as is)
The third of the finished product as a .png (high quality image) file

A single commission will take me 3-7 days to create depending on the amount of characters and/or amount of detail along with how quickly I am responded to with revisions

Commission Levels

Commission Levels are how important the commission is• Normal Commissions - Are the limitless commissions when they are open• Priority Commissions - These commissions are for any time when commissions are closed or someone without a Flame, White Flame, or Wisp ticket wants to be bumped ahead in the line of commissions
These commissions will be 200% the normal price of an open commission• **Flame, White Flame, or Wisp Ticket Commissions ** - These commissions are similar to Priority Commissions only they don’t grant you a commission while commissions are closed (excluding Wisp tickets)
A Wisp Ticket commission while commissions are closed will take away the 200% price. It will be like paying for a normal commission but while commissions are closed

Don’t worry, it wouldn’t bother me if I did receive if I received a Priority Commission while commissions were closed

Additional Information

• Commission Wait-List - When you are put on a waitlist it is because you put in a commission request while commissions are closed and are not making a Priority Commission or using a Wisp Ticket
When commissions are opened again all waitlisted people will have their commissions started on• Patreon Commission Benefits - If you are part of my Patreon, certain tiers will give you the ability to automatically have a certain percentage (%) off your commissions
Red Flame Tier will give you an automatic 5% off discount on all commissions
**White Flame Tier ** will give you an automatic 20% off discount on all commissions
Wisp Tier will give you an automatic 40% off discount on all commissions. With the Wisp tier you also have the ability to apply for one of the 3 Monthly free commission slots each month• **Flame, White Flame, or Wisp Tickets ** - These allow you to become the first priority while commission are open. If there are multiple tickets submitted I will put the people in the order in which I received them and the ticket importance
If you submit a wisp ticket your commission will be done before someone who submitted a white flame ticket since wisp tickets are of higher importance than a white flame one. Save guess for a White Flame ticket being off higher importance than a Flame ticket
Priority Commissions that are submitted during commissions being open will act like a Flame ticket

What are Lovely Stickers

These are similar to coupons. They are little things that can be obtained in order to have a certain percentage off of the price off a Pre-made• Lovely Stickers can be obtained in many different ways including
purchasing a Pre-Made, joining one of my Patreon tiers, joining events/contests, winning events/contests, commissioning me, etc• Lovely Stickers can be used on purchasing Pre-Mades only (at the moment does not include the add-ons)• The stickers can be used on any category a Pre-Made is being sold in• The stickers do not expire so they can be used whenever you would like• Stickers can only be used once
Lovely Stickers cannot be used individually (you must have to have a certain amount of each type in order for them to be valid)• Each sticker has its own little numerical code. I have a record of all the stickers I have given out and there are no duplicates. If someone uses a sticker I will simply set it to being used so that sicker cannot be used again

Lovely Sticker Types

There are different types of Lovely stickers. Each type having its own worth and how much of a discount it can make

What is a Commission

This is basically like a little handbook of things you might have questions for. It should cover just about it all. I put everything into organized sections to try and make things easier.

How to Purchase a Commission

I do not have a limit on my commissions, so I can be commissioned as many as you want me to until I say commissions are closed- Select the commission you would like me to do
- Click “Form” and fill out the google form that pops up
- When filling out the form, please be as descriptive as possible
- Fill out everything in the form
- I will then email you through the email you provided me with in the form that will include a classic invoice (you should receive an email from the email [email protected])
- After I receive payment I will email you that I received your payment
- I will then begin drawing your commission (a single commission will take me 3-7 days to create depending on the amount of characters and/or amount of detail along with how quickly I am responded to with revisions)
- I will send the drawn sketch to you once for you to critique to make changes (you will have 24 to reply to my email for you to critique the work. If you do not respond in 24 hours, I will continue with what I have)
- After finishing the commission, I will send over the image(s) to you via an email from the email mentioned above

Payment

- PayPal ONLY (USD) m
- I will ONLY accept payment through PayPal (This is just to make sure your bank doesn't have any weird policies, such as starting random chargebacks against me)
- I will wait for the transfer from your bank to your PayPal account balance (If that is the case, let me know you ahead of time that you are transferring. You have 24 hours to pay,
if you need the transfer time, please tell me so I can extend that time)

What is LovelyToonz?

Here on LovelyToonz, we are currently looking for comics with art and storylines that will blow readers' minds.

- The first 12 comics will be advertised with a large banner up on the front page- Since your comics will exist during the beta version of LovelyToonz, your comic will be one of the first there and will likely be more popular as more people come to visit the site to read the comics.

In order for your comic to be published onto LovelyToonz, it must meet all the qualifications listed down below:

Single Creator Qualifications

The creator must have an active email or social media account that we can contact upon a comic's approval.The creator must be at least 13 years of age in order to have their comic accepted.Creator must have good storytelling skills along with decent artist skillsIf accepted, the creator must have a profile picture to be verified.The creator must agree with the comic qualifications.

Dual Creator Qualifications

Both creators must qualify with the single creator qualifications.A dual creator can consist of an author/storyteller and an artist, or both have the role of author/storyteller and artist.Both creators' names must be included in the comic.There can be more than two (2) creators on a single comic.All creators must agree with the comic qualifacations.

In order for you to be a creator on LovelyToonz, you must meet all the qualifications listed down below:

Spam

Comics with continuous posting multiple times per day are not allowed. Comics with venting, spam, advertising, etc will not be accepted. LovelyToonz is not a place for those types of comics.

Illegal or Dangerous Content

Comics that encourage or promote dangerous or illegal things will not be accepted. Things that are not allowed include things just like or similar to:- Glorifying illegal things and/or substances
- Content with themes of grooming or incest
- Incredibly weird content

Sexual or Mature Content

Comics that include nudity that is intended to sexually gratify someone, explicit sexual scenes, full or partial nudity, breasts in sexual ways, graphic depictions of sexual scenes, etc are not allowed and will not be accepted.Comics that include more adult themes, like implications of things, swearing, scandalous outfits, breasts in non-sexual ways, etc must have a mature warning at the beginning of each episode including those themes. If the comic includes too much mature stuff it may have a chance of not being accepted.

Graphic and/or Violent Content

We do not want brutal and overly long actions of violence, over amounts of gore, glorification, or promotion of self-harm.

Hateful or Abusive Content

Any type of content that is intended to defame, or abuse other people or artists will not be accepted. This includes hateful or malicious content in any way as well.

Copyright

Posting content that includes copyrighted content without permission, or entirely is copyrighted content, will not be accepted.

Other Things

Anything that looks as though it may infringe on the qualifications may be rejected. The ultimate decision is up to LovelyToonz and we do not have to give a reason for declining a comic.The comic must have a well-developed storyline along with a decent art style.

You may only post to your comic a maximum of one (1) times per week unless there is an event or it is worked out with LovelyToonz that you may post more than once per week.You must post a minimum of one (1) episode every two (2) weeks and the post must include a minimum amount of panels depending on the genre.Minimum panels per episode:

If Declined

If your comic was declined, you still will be pinged from the email [email protected] or a DM from an account by the name of LovelyToonz telling you that your comic was not accepted.Do not be offended if this happens, it's likely that the story is underdeveloped and needs more work or the art style needs a little more work.

Other Styles??Yes, you read it right. I can draw in a lot of different styles. When you commission me and there is a specific style you would like me to draw similar to, feel free to mention it to me in the commission form.
I will mimic the style you mentioned the best I can. I will draw your commissions very similar to the style (I’ll add a tiny bit of my own touch so it would be somewhat recognizable that I did it).
The prices for doing other styles is not the same as the ones listed above. Commissions with a chosen style are based on the amount of time it takes to draw and how much detail is in the style.A custom quote will be made for commissions asked to be in different styles

RevisionsSince sometimes descriptions can be confusing or don’t have enough information the drawings might not always look completely the way the commissioner imagined.
Some that happens I give everyone the ability to edit the sketches 2 times for free. Any additional revisions after the two free ones will cost $15.00.

Any CharacterI can draw just about any type of character/person including humans, humanoid things, both male and female characters, mecha, armor, fannarts, real people, etc.
If you are unsure if I can draw something, feel free to simply ask ^^

Turn Around TimeTurn around times will vary depending on how many commissions are ahead of a container work. From when the commission is started, it will take me 3-7 days to finish depending on the amount of characters and/or amount of detail along with how quickly I am responded to with revisions.

- I am allowed to post the drawing I drew for you on my socials (I will credit you for the design)
- If you post the drawing I drew for you, please credit me for drawing the picture
- All commissions will be sent as a .png (high quality image) file
- To be as clear as possible on your commission explanation
- I have the right to refuse a commission without an explanation
- All sales are final
- Commissions will be 50% (or more if you so close) up front and 50% at the end (or the remaining amount owed)
- Commissions will be drawn in the order they are received
- Project is started once payment has been received
- If there is a problem with payment (such as a failed payment), it is not the fault of me (admlovely) but the fault of the credit card processing app/website/company. In which case, project cannot be started and art cannot be released until payment error has been corrected
- If a payment error cannot be fixed through the credit card processing app/website/company it is being done, payment will be done through a different credit card processing app/website/company
- You cannot profit from the drawing I made for you (there can be exceptions to this depending on the situation, just ask me about it)
- If you ask me to draw a rendered drawing, I will only fix things during the sketching phase based upon the numbers of revisions initially purchased with your package. Once you have approved of the final draft/sketch, there will be no changes. Otherwise during the rendering/coloring phase, a $29.00 fee will be charged for each revision requested for the rendering/coloring phase off says artwork
- When I send you the Sketch for approval, you will have 24 hours to approve our request a revision. IMPORTANT: If you do not respond within the 24 hour approval time, then the sketch will be assumed APPROVED and I will complete the commission as is

A: Flame allow you to be bumped to the front of the line with commissions. Some tickets will bump above one another such White Flame tickets bump above Flame tickets and Wisp tickets bump above all the tickets.

A: You get tons of benefits as well as specials roles on my discord that allow you access to special channels and categories
Q: How are benefits and gifts acquired?
A: Via a tier posts and Patreon Direct messages.
Q: When are discounts added?

Q: What is meant by “physical parts” on an LC?
A: You can change elements of their costume and/or physical appearance, like if you wanted to put a tail on it.
